Victoria Park is a planned residential enclave in Mid City laid out in 1907 by a syndicate of Los Angeles businessmen on a circular street pattern inspired by Frederick Law Olmsted's design principles. Most of its homes date from the 1910-1915 building boom and reflect the Arts and Crafts and Craftsman styles popular in that era, including several individually designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monuments. The neighborhood's period architecture and tree-lined circular streets have made it a recurring filming location for movies and television.
