Freestanding, townhome-style three- and four-bedroom residences range from approximately 1,700 to 2,700 square feet across three stories, with many offering attached two-car garages and optional rooftop decks. A limited number of ground-floor units were built with live/work commercial space, and the project was among the developments that used LA's small-lot ordinance to add density to Eagle Rock.
