Set in Los Angeles, Lofts at Hollywood Vine is a 60-residence Late Gothic Revival and Art Deco high-rise. Originally built in 1929, it was converted to condominiums in 2007, and rises 12 stories. Highlights include housed in the historic Equitable Building of Hollywood, underwent a $50 million condominium conversion in 2007, and Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 1088 and a National Register contributing property. Aleck Curlett is credited with the design. Building amenities include 24-hour valet parking, concierge, security, rooftop garden, barbecue, and controlled access.
