Holiday House is a small mid-century modern enclave at 27400 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, designed by noted modernist architect Richard Neutra and completed in 1948 as a hotel before later becoming residential condominiums. The gated community holds just 10 residences across two stories, with one-bedroom layouts from approximately 500 to 1,000 sq ft and two-bedroom plans from about 1,500 to 2,400 sq ft. Walls of glass, open-beamed ceilings, and polished concrete and wood floors carry through the original architectural character, while residents share a bluff-top pool and deeded access to Escondido Beach.
