Higgins Building is a Beaux-Arts building in Los Angeles. Originally built in 1910, it was converted to condominiums in 2005, and rises 10 stories. Standout features include converted to lofts in 2003 and condos in 2005, reinforced concrete construction, and LA Historic-Cultural Monument No. 873. The building was designed by Albert C. Martin, Sr. and A.L. Haley. Residents enjoy marble-lined hallways, a black-and-white mosaic tile lobby, ventilation shaft natural cooling, controlled access, security, and a sun deck.
