Standout features include completed 1910, converted to lofts in 2003 and condos in 2005, reinforced concrete construction, and LA Historic-Cultural Monument No. 873. The building was designed by Albert C. Martin, Sr. and A.L. Haley. Residents enjoy marble-lined hallways, black-and-white mosaic tile lobby, and ventilation shaft natural cooling.
