Standout features include art Deco landmark clad in turquoise terracotta with blue and gold trim, converted to 147 condos in 2006, and four-sided neon clock tower reads EASTERN. The building was designed by Claud Beelman. Residents enjoy live/work lofts, a rooftop, a clock tower, and controlled access.
